A few weeks ago I was given a chance to join the Bloguin network. Like many other major Capitals blogs, I felt constrained by the limits of Blogger and wanted to do more with my site. Bloguin enables me to enhance my posts in various ways, as well as take advantage of being part of a network of sports blogs.
As Bloguin's fourth NHL blog, I'll be helping to pave the way for future NHL blogs on Bloguin along with The Pensblog, Barry Melrose Rocks and Five for Smiting.
In June 2008, I set out to create a Capitals blog that I would enjoy writing for myself. In September of 2008, I wanted to stand with the Caps blogosphere's best and become daily reading for Caps fans who, like myself, loved the team. Our move to Bloguin is just one step closer toward our goal.
Thank you to everyone who read us over at Blogger, and thank you to all of our friends in the Caps blogosphere; Japers', On Frozen Blog, Peerless, View from Cheap Seats, and everyone who has linked us, supported us, and promoted us. You guys know who you are.
